Sea Goddess
One of the paintings I did from 1995 when I was still into Celtic Art. Sea Goddess.
I think it was painted around 11x17 or somewhere in that vacinity.
It's all I have left. Just a photograph. It was sold along time ago to someone. Either that or it was used in an exchange to purchase something at one of those Wiccan/New Age shops when I was living in Texas.
Painted with gouache and india ink on heavy weight paper of some kind.
I tried to paint with vivid colors like my idol at the time Courtney Davis whom I was trying to emulate. Unfortunately I wasn't as good as he.
I use to display my old celtic work a few years ago but I was so unhappy with all that old stuff. And I just wanted to forget about it.

The tree
A scan, of a print, of a painting I did somewhere around 1995 when I was still doing Celtic Art at that time.

Had to piece this together it didn't quite fit on the scanner.

A scan of a print of an original painting I did from 1996.

Sold this for $200 Canadian in 1996. Size was about 11x17.
Children of Lir
A scan of a print of a painting from 1996.
Water color paper, india ink, gouache.
An ex-girlfriend's (at that time) grandfather who was helping me out and had a great interest in what I was doing actually bought it.
It's all I have left of the original.
"The Children of Lir" - Old Irish story.
Celtic Cross
One of the first ever paintings I had done and sold, as an artist, at an Irish Festival I was invited to partake in during 1996 by some members of the Irish Society of Nova Scotia, one of whom I knew fairly well.
About 11x17. Gouache and india ink. This is a scan of a photograph of the painting.
Celtic Rubber Stamp Design 1
One of four or five designs I made for a woman who owned and ran her own rubber stamp company out of the basement of her home in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She found out about me after noticing some painted beach stones I had created with celtic designs on them at a novelty store in downtown Halifax. We met and talked about what she wanted. I sold them to her for $25 each Canadian in 1996. It was great experience for me to have done this for someone with interest in my work.
Celtic Rubber Stamp Design 2
Another of one of the four or five designs I made for rubber stamps.
